Here I helped to increase quality and productivity in three main production lines in Romania ( Medical Filters / Air Filtration / Gasoline Filters. All 3 production lines used different machines and people with certain skills sets, for these I had to use a few tools to create a planning and manufacturing plan within certain time-frames to comply with the customer demands and deadlines. I also had to maintain a steady supply of raw materials needed for the production so I found partners in Germany / India / France that matched our needs.
